Loc Doc is an independent locksmith and uPVC repair service. We are based just outside Ballymena and cover the wider mid – Antrim area. We provide a high quality service at a reasonable price to domestic and commercial customers. All products supplied and work undertaken by Loc-Doc is covered by guarantee.
An emergency call – out service is offered where an immediate response is required. For less urgent work a free, no-obligation visit can be arranged where we will assess and discuss your requirements. A realistic estimate of the costs involved will be provided allowing you to make an informed decision.
When you contact Loc – Doc you will be speaking directly with a locksmith and not a call centre operator. We will seek to collect as much information as practical at the outset so that the nature of the problem can be established. If it becomes apparent during a visit that additional work is required we will discuss this with you and obtain permission before proceeding. Our aim is to be a transparent as possible and will not try to ‘oversell unnecessary work or upgrades.
